Meet Ksenia Pillai, MD

Dr. Ksenia Pillai is a distinguished psychiatrist with child, adult, and geriatric psychiatry expertise. Her unique blend of experience empowers her to provide functional mental health care to patients across the lifespan—from the challenges faced by the young to the intricate mental health needs of the elderly. Earning her medical degree and completing her foundational psychiatric residency at Jamaica Hospital, Dr. Pillai showcased an innate aptitude for understanding the intricacies of the human mind. Her passion for broadening her knowledge and refining her skills led her to further specialize in child psychiatry at SUNY Downstate. Dr. Pillai has several years of experience in geriatric psychiatry from her time at the SUNY Downstate Center for Alzheimer's Excellence. Dr. Ksenia Pillai has also served as a faculty member at the Grossman School of Medicine, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, and SUNY Downstate Medical School, teaching and mentoring the next generation of psychiatrists.
